Service Exchange:
If you wish to exchange one service for another, please contact us within 48 hours of your initial consultation. We will assess your request and determine if an exchange is possible based on the nature and scope of the services involved. Any differences in fees will be communicated and must be settled before proceeding with the new service.

Cancellation Policy

Consultations and Appointments:

• Cancellation Notice: To cancel a scheduled consultation or appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may incur a cancellation fee.
• No-Show Policy: If you fail to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice, you may be charged a no-show fee equivalent to the consultation fee.

Retainer Agreements and Ongoing Services:

• Initial Consultation Cancellation: Initial consultations may be canceled without penalty if notice is given at least 24 hours in advance.
• Retainer Agreement Cancellation: If you need to cancel an ongoing service under a retainer agreement, please refer to the specific terms outlined in your agreement. Generally, you may be required to provide written notice of cancellation and settle any outstanding fees for services rendered up to the cancellation date.

Refund Policy

Consultation Fees:

• Refund Eligibility: Consultation fees are generally non-refundable. However, if you believe there are extenuating circumstances, please contact us to discuss your situation.
• Refund Process: If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 10 business days and credited to the original method of payment.

Retainer Fees and Service Payments:

• Refund Eligibility: Retainer fees and payments for services already provided are non-refundable. In certain cases, if services have not yet commenced, a partial refund may be considered.
• Pro-Rated Refunds: If you cancel an ongoing service with unused portions of a retainer, a pro-rated refund for the unused portion may be issued, subject to the terms of your retainer agreement.

Exceptional Circumstances

Errors and Omissions:
In the unlikely event of errors or omissions on our part, we will work diligently to rectify the situation. This may include correcting the service at no additional charge or offering a partial refund if appropriate.
